📦 How long does shipping take?

We produce each PÄLZR® piece individually for you – with great love for the Palatinate region and attention to detail.
The delivery time is usually approximately 3-5 working days within Germany.

👉 Important:
Shipping may be slightly delayed before holidays or during our vacation period (e.g. summer break).
But in the vast majority of cases, we still manage to deliver on time – because we step on the gas when it matters.

Of course, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.

• Germany-wide: €4.90 flat rate
• Free shipping for orders over 75 €

🌍 Shipping abroad

We currently only offer shipping within Germany .
If you would like to order from abroad, please contact us via chat – perhaps we can find a solution.

🎁 Single or partial delivery?

If you've ordered multiple products, we usually ship them together once everything is ready. If you'd like a partial delivery, just let us know – we'll take care of it.
