We usually ship your order within 4-5 business days . Each piece is individually produced for you – quality sometimes requires a moment of patience. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping within Germany costs 4.90 € .
Shipping is free for orders over 75 € !

🔁 How does a return work?

You can return your order within 30 days .
Important: The item must be unworn and in its original condition .

👕 Which size should I choose?

Our products fit true to size – just like you’d expect from your everyday clothes.
If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going one size larger.
👩 For women's hoodies we generally recommend one size larger .

🎨 Are there custom orders or custom colors?

We produce to order – this means that you can choose the colour and size for many products yourself .

📍 Where is PÄLZR ® actually at home?

Our warehouse, studio, and heart of the company are located in Mehlbach near Kaiserslautern – in the heart of the beautiful Palatinate region.
This is where our ideas are born – from the first draft to the finished shirt.

🧵 Where are your products made?

We attach great importance to sustainability and fair production.
Our textiles are made from certified organic cotton and recycled polyester and are printed under fair conditions – many of them directly on-site.
